Untangling three years of feature requests
Cascade’s dashboard had grown the way most fintech products do — one urgent request at a time, until the interface stopped agreeing with itself. We spent the first month simply cataloguing every pattern in use before drawing a single new screen.
One system, four surfaces
The resulting design system now powers the web dashboard, the embedded widget, internal admin tools, and the mobile app from a single source of truth. Support tickets related to confusing UI dropped by a third within two release cycles.
